Really loved reading this but if there's one maxi, by which I live it's that NOTHING GOOD EVER COMES OF LEMON BALM

😂😂 there’s definitely a story behind this…..

I'm afraid I'm with Mark on this - although it does cure my hay fever which I can't believe no-one apart from me has ever worked out yet

Really? That’s definitely a good one to know!

It is lemon verbena for people who don’t like themselves

Lemon balm is dearly beloved at our place.

My kids absolutely fave

Surely they can’t have tried lemon verbena?!

They have :) They love that too

Then SURELY they can never want lemon balm (its musty grandad jumble sale suit of a scent cousin) again…!

This is a lovely post 🌱 There should be far more community gardens around than there are 🌷

Thank you David. I completely agree. I feel very lucky that I have found one so close by. I hope the future holds more community gardens everywhere, it really does seem like this is a movement that’s building 🤞🏼🥳🪴

This is such a wholesome post! I love the market stall.

My favourite line was “Does anything taste better when you’ve been working outside? I think not.”

Thank you so much. That first cup of tea when you've been out in the cold, there really is nothing better is there?. I find through the day I mindlessly drink tea, but there are certain cups that are definitely better than others and I think the first cup in the morning is also up there!

I remember feeling like this starting at a community garden.

I came to love it and met people I never would have met otherwise.

They were other cherished plant people.
